Individual or Couples Zoom

Service Description

You will be coached over the phone/zoom once a week for approximately 45 mins. Then follow-up with the horse(s) when you are able. Much like an individual or couples session, you can work through difficult issues and learn how to create positive growth and change in your life, all from the comfort of your own home. Your coach is there to listen and assist you in finding the answers you need and help you become more aware of the behaviors, thoughts, feelings and beliefs that may be getting in your way or causing you problems in your life, so you can clear those and move forward.
