Service Description
An Individual or Couples session is for an individual, couple, or family. Sessions are held with a gestaltist, a horse (weather permitting) and a handler if one is available. In a session, you will join your gestaltist and a horse to explore any issues that come up for you. Your gestaltist and the horse(s) are there to listen and assist you in finding your own answers and help you become more aware of the behaviors, thoughts, feelings and beliefs that may be getting in your way or causing you problems. Then they will help you clear each of those, leave them in the arena sand, and move forward. If you are working with a therapist, they are welcome to come and observe as well. Please bring a pen, journal and bottle of water. Wear closed toed shoes and dress in layers, as we do sometimes get dirty and the weather can change fast.
