Phone Coaching

Service Description

Phone Coaching usually follows after an in person session, but is also used if you are unable to come to the facility at ELTH for a session. You will be coached over the phone once a week for approximately half an hour. Then follow-up with the horse(s) when your if you are able. Much like an individual or couples session, you can work through difficult issues and learn how to create positive growth and change in your life, all from the comfort of your own home. Your coach is there to listen and assist you in finding the answers you need and help you become more aware of the behaviors, thoughts, feelings and beliefs that may be getting in your way or causing you problems in your life, so you can clear those and move forward.
